Your password must contain at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, a number and a special character.
Email addresses are managed by an Administrator. Your username remains available as your stable sign-in name if your email address is changed.
Contact a Fairfield House Planner Administrator. Staff and House Managers cannot change their own account email.
Create staff accounts with a username and email. The system generates a one-time 10-character temporary password automatically.
Administrators control usernames, email addresses, roles and access. Users can sign in with either their username or email. Email changes apply immediately. “Reset password” generates a fresh temporary password and sends a recovery email.
